Food from our restaurants right at the doorsteps by simply running user fingers across an app. Through our Platforms, Ghoroa Hotel and Restaurant links you to the Merchants (“Merchants”) for you to order a variety of products including ready meals, non-prepared food and various non-food items (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products”) to be delivered to you. When you place an order for Products from our Merchants (“Order”), Ghoroa Hotel and Restaurant performs as an agent on behalf of that Merchant to facilitate, process, and conclude the order and afterward for either us or the Merchant to deliver your order to you.
Our Service allows you to browse, select, and order a variety of food items from different restaurants and culinary providers (“Vendors”). Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

The final price charged to you may include additional fees such as delivery charges and taxes.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or through the Ghoroa Hotel and Restaurant platform. This confirmation will include details such as the order number, items purchased, total cost, and expected delivery time.

If we discover an error in the price of the items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is accepted, you will receive a order confirmation notification from App and an email from Ghoroa Hotel and Restaurant. This confirmation will include the order number, details of the items ordered, total cost, and an estimated delivery time.
Order Changes: After placing an order, you may request changes to the order by contacting Ghoroa Hotel and Restaurant customer service within a reasonable time frame. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is processed.
Order Cancellation by Vendor: In certain circumstances, a Vendor may need to cancel an order after it has been confirmed.
